When do I get contacted by 3rings?

When the plug sees activity during a scheduled event.

You will get a reassuring message at the end of the event time window if activity has been detected only if you have your event notifications turned on.

When the plug does NOT see activity during a scheduled event

You will get an ALERT message every time that your Loved Ones does not turn on teh appliance connected to the 3rings plug during the scheduled event time window. The means of contact is based upon the methods you have set in the Alert options in  My Account -> Notifications

 Make changes to your details.

If you change your details like password, address, subscription etc we wil email you.

Subscription Payments

Any financial transaction will result in a email to the organiser.
