Timings and When and How Alerts, Event messages and Calls work?

Loved Ones and 3rings events.

When you create an event such as Mum's morning tea between 6am and 9am each day, then the 3rings service listens for the Plug(s) to be activated at your loved ones household between the times that you have set.

At the end of the Time window (in this case 9am) if mum turned on her appliance during the time then those family and friends who want reassurance get a 'Mums OK' message by the means set up for event info notifications (e.g. email and/or push notifications).

In the situation that Mum didn't make any tea in the time window by not turning on the kettle connected to the 3rings Plug then event alerts will be sent to family and friends by the means set up in event alert notifications (e.g. email,push,text or calls)


When no activity is detected within the time window we will then place the Household into RED ALERT status and send out the relevant alerts.

If no one takes RESPONSIBILITY for RED ALERTS.

3rings will send out reminders to all nominated Family & Friends by each methods define in the notifications section. These reminders will be every 15 minutes until someone accepts responsibility.

If ALERTS are not RESOLVED.

 3rings will send reminders to the person who accepted responsibility every 15 minutes.
