Go to My Account then Notifications
We have two types of messages:
Event Info: which are used when we see he plug used during your event.
These messages can be sent via email and/or push notification to your app on your smart device.
These are the daily peace of mind messages.
Event Alert: Urgent messages if we do NOT see the plug used during your event.
This can be send by any or all of Text, Call, email and/or push notification to your app on your smart device
Tick the box or move the slider to choose - you MUST have at least one method.
